I am a student at in Uru MÄnuka. In 2020 I was a year 8 and in 2021 I will be a year 9. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. to do a warm-up in 10 minutes would be to do running around
for a fitness activity would be to do running around for 15 minutes
for a cool down, it would be more running around for 5 minutes
